Our policies vary for in-store purchase and pre-order dessert, pastry, or cake orders.
A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE reservation fee is required to place all custom orders.
All food, bakery, and retail sales Are FINAL.
Celebrations, Custom, Wedding & Pre Order Bakery Sales
A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE Reservation Fee in order to book your pre-order and will be credited in full towards the total price of your order. This reservation fee is non-refundable (you lose it) and non-transferable to another cake or order if you:
• Cancel your event (unfortunately, for any reason).
• Decide to use another bakery.
• Change your event date.
• Any other reason that might cause Cute Cakes to turn down another client in order to fulfill our obligation to your order.
We cannot accept cancellations within 3-weeks of your event date FOR ANY REASON. All monies paid will be forfeited & cannot be used towards future orders.
Refunds are not eligible for food, bakery, or retail sales.
Refunds are available for pre-orders prior to 21 days of your event. Refunds are available for all funds paid above the 50% NON-REFUNDABLE Reservation Fee.
If you are eligible for a refund, all monies will be subject to a 6% administration fee.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If for any reason you need to postpone your order accommodations can we arrange at least 21 days prior to the event. Postponement avoids loss of 50% NON-REFUNDABLE reservation fee.
The order is put on hold indefinitely. The client must provide at least seven notices of the new date. The order is required to remain in the design, style, and quantities it was postponed at. Any adjustments or changes to the order will be subject to change fees.
